Withdrawal and cancellation
Swiss law does not provide a general statutory right of withdrawal solely because a contract was concluded online. Special statutory rights, mandatory consumer protection and individually agreed cancellation rights remain reserved. Our services are aimed at companies and organisations; where a consumer contract exists in an individual case, we provide separate information on any rights of withdrawal and deadlines before the contract is concluded.
