Where we start

An idea. A bottleneck.
A next step.

We start wherever you are.

01

You need an application.

A process does not fit standard software. We turn your requirements into a custom solution.

For example: extending an existing system.

02

Your data has untapped potential.

You want to identify patterns, assess risks or support decisions. We explore where AI can help.

For example: using condition data for maintenance.

03

Technology is changing.

New security requirements or quantum technology raise questions. We develop a clear path forward.

For example: planning a cryptography migration.

Engineering you can follow

Complex technology.
No black box.

You should understand what is being built and what decisions are based on. That is why transparent deliverables are part of our development process.

How we work
  • Architecture, not guessworkEvidence: specifications and architecture plan.
  • Quality with clear criteriaEvidence: agreed acceptance criteria and test results.
  • Progress stays visibleEvidence: reviews, shared backlog and code access.
  • Operations are part of the planEvidence: documentation and an agreed handover.

Good to know

Any questions?

A few answers before we talk.

Which technologies do you use?

We choose technology to suit the task. Our capabilities include deep learning with PyTorch and JAX, generative AI, RAG, computer vision and reinforcement learning. For quantum projects, we use tools such as Qiskit and PennyLane. Your requirements for quality, speed, explainability and operating cost guide the decision.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on scope, data and integration with existing systems. We start with an analysis, then define milestones, acceptance criteria and a delivery plan. A proof of concept can help assess technical feasibility before full implementation.

How do we work together?

We work in four stages: understand the requirements, plan the solution, develop the software, then test and deploy it. Regular reviews, a shared backlog and access to code and documentation make progress transparent. You can help shape the direction throughout the project.

Do you provide support after deployment?

Yes. Depending on the agreement, we handle operations, monitoring and ongoing development, including model updates and security patches. Alternatively, handover workshops prepare your team to operate the solution. We agree on scope and responsibilities together.

How do you assess AI model quality?

We assess models using held-out validation data, robustness testing and bias checks. Accuracy, drift and latency can be monitored during operation. The criteria and thresholds depend on the application and are defined within the project.

How do we start a quantum technology project?

We first clarify the challenge, objectives and technical constraints. Depending on the project, we develop and simulate algorithms, test them on available hardware and benchmark their performance. For post-quantum cryptography, the focus is on existing systems and a suitable migration path.
